Fort Delaware civil war prisoner POW camp cover. Delaware City DE postmark and #65 with killer; mostly clear Fort Delaware oval censor marking, addressed to Mary Bullock at Lexington KY. Her husband, Major Robert Bullock, was a member of the 8th KY cavalry, part of Morgan's Raiders.
